Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to ship all orders out within 3 days unless otherwise stated on the item page. Exceptions to this policy are Black Friday and Boxing Day; processing times may increase.

Shipping Carriers include (but are not limited to): Canada Post (USPS in the USA), FedEx, UPS, Purolator, Loomis, DHL

 

Shipping within Canada

We offer flat rate shipping of $14 in Canada, excluding NT, YK and NVT. Shipping to NT, YK and NVT is a flat rate of $20.  

 

Shipping to the U.S.

We offer flat rate shipping of $20 anywhere in the U.S. (extra charges may apply to Hawaii and Alaska).  All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Email us for shipping rates outside of Canada and the U.S.

 

If your package states delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number that was emailed to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a full refund. Note, all merchandise discounted over 20% or ending in $0.86 are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Ineligible merchandise includes: worn items, jewelry, and bodysuits due to hygienic reasons. Gift cards are also FINAL SALE.

 

Return Process:

Returns need to be initiated and postmarked within 14 days of the date the order was received. All returns must be in unused condition, unwashed, and free from any stains/odours with all original tags attached. In the case that merchandise is returned in poor condition or without tags, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

 

To return merchandise, please log into your account and follow the online process to start the return. Note, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds

After we have received and inspected your merchandise, we will process the refund to the original method of payment.

 

Exceptions

In the unusual circumstance that you receive an incorrect shipment or defective merchandise, please email us at [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the defects in the email. Defects must be reported before items are worn and/or washed. Merchandise that has been worn or washed will not be accepted. If you do not contact us with the 72-hour timeframe, we will be unable to assist in a return or refund.
